Alejandro Ramirez is a maintenance coordinator with Specialized Property Management, and has been with the company since 2019. His primary responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests among owners, tenants, and vendors, as well as providing assistance to owners and tenants regarding any inquiries they may have regarding the maintenance of their properties.

Mr. Ramirez comes from an industrial engineering background, and brings many years experience in personnel management, production lines, construction, and in-home insurance. He prides himself on carrying out all of his tasks with honesty and sense of responsibility, and firmly believes that teamwork is the key to any successful company.

Mr. Ramirez currently resides in Guadalajara, Jalisco, but he has also had the privilege of working and living in Canada. He has a soft spot for animals, and you can usually find him enjoying time with his pets, or exercising out of doors when he’s not at the office. Family is very important to him, and he dedicates his work to them on a daily basis – his goal is to provide them with the very best life possible.
