Ari Lund is the Chief Operating Officer at Specialized 247 Property Management.  He has fifteen years of experience in single family property management, and is primarily responsible for driving efficiencies and cost reduction via the company’s best in class operational model which includes Specialized’s proprietary technology RentalView360.  In addition, he oversees the company’s service, from maintenance and leasing to training and support to all markets.  Additionally, his innovative nature and customer service focus always drive him to look for new and better processes to enhance company, client, and tenant interactions.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lund led the integration of over 20 acquisition integrations of separately operating entities with over 200 employees across 15 different states, into one of the largest single-family property management companies in the nation.  He oversaw process creation, management, and training, always striving to enhance the client and renter experience to maximize the return for clients. In addition, he previously ran the operations and accounting for Dallas-based Get There First Realty.

Mr. Lund received his degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas since 2008.  In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors and traveling with his wife and four children.
