Kristin Moore is the Director of Learning and Development. She has over ten years of experience in the single family rental industry, first as a property manager overseeing a portfolio of over 600 units, then as a manager of operational support. Leaning on her prior background as a certified public education teacher, Ms. Moore has focused on the training and development of property management workforces, exceeding 500 employees across 20+ states for the last six years. She has a passion for developing and overseeing innovative and effective learning solutions that support employees and improve performance, while bringing increased capacity and stability to the organization.

Ms. Moore obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a Graduate Certificate for Virtual Education from UC San Diego. Additionally, Ms. Moore is a Certified Professional in Training Management, as well as a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.

She lives in beautiful Northern California with her husband and daughter. She spends most of her spare time volunteering with several local non-profits, reading, and knitting.
